Position Summary:

Parlay brand account manager will be responsible for overall customer management. The role is key to assisting Parlay's EU facing customers and other new gaming operators - to help them increase their bingo revenues significantly and building up their customer base. The individual would play a significant role in coordinating brand management support and will be responsible for kick-starting our new customers with bingo marketing campaigns; help existing customers; maintaining client relations; creative direction; campaigns tracking; sales and pre-sales assistance; and promoting our range of professional services to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. BRAND MANAGEMENT SUPPORT

    Client Relations
    • Work closely with customers to ensure that all marketing objectives are being met.
    • Maintaining weekly and regular calls/visits with customers.
    • Encourage customers to implement new marketing campaigns and advertising strategies.
    • Encourage customers to participate in ongoing promotions and campaigns.

    Creative Direction
    • Co-ordinate with customers to create imaginative bingo campaigns ensuring that the objectives are to retain brand consistency and aligns with marketing strengths.
    • Ensure that customers maintain focus and direction in their campaign implementations.
    • Where applicable, participate directly in assisting the launch of campaigns providing marketing expertise in graphic designs, web page content, print advertisements, banner ads, newsletters, media kits, press announcements, promotional materials, email campaigns.
    • Assist with utilizing PR skills to heighten brand awareness and promote brand image.
    • Provide assistance to customers with cross promoting products, incentives and marketing drives.

    Campaign Tracking
    • Where possible, perform data mining and analysis on campaigns.
    • Where possible, monitor revenue reports on all campaigns.

  2. SALES / PRE-SALES ASSISTANCE
    • Provide sales and pre-sales assistance to the European managing director.
    • Attend sales appointments.
    • Provide on-site software demos for sales meetings.
    • Assistance with prospecting at conferences, trade shows, etc.

  3. PROFESSIONAL SERVICES
    • Promote Parlay's range of Professional Services and resources to customers and maintain levels of service.
    • Build on industry best practices and education for customers.
    • Provide on-site training to customers with software functionality.
    • Assist the Project/Product Management teams.
    • Participate in discussions and make suggestions for new features, product improvements and how they can best help the individual business. Establish a strong understanding at a detailed level what customers are looking for.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Account management experience.
  • Online marketing experience.
  • Creative marketing campaign skills.
  • Motivation, drive and a high achiever.
  • Bingo background.
  • The individual must have key marketing and initiative skills dealing in brand management and customer relationships with a flair and determination to excel in creative ideas and imaginative campaigns.
