Job Title: Customer Help Desk Support

Position Summary:

Parlay Customer Help Desk Support is responsible for answering customer queries as they relate to Ecommerce Payout Administration, Help Desk support and Player Investigations. Chat Room moderation and possibly provide assistance to Parlay's QA team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer trouble tickets & emails
  • Chat room monitoring and moderating
  • Monitor and respond to live-help requests
  • Respond to incoming telephone requests from customers as well as outbound communication with customer
  • Monitor and investigate customer issues; award chat game winners and contest wins
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Experience with Web based software tools, web browsers, google, email and chat messaging tools
  • Proficient with Word Processor and Spreadsheet
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Ability to work both as an individual and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain personal work performance in the face of setbacks
Additional Requirements
  • May require occasional off hours assistance as support desk runs up to 20 hours per day, 7 days a week.
