Position Summary:

Parlay Customer Service Support is responsible for answering customer queries as they relate to Ecommerce Payout Administration, Customer Service Desk support and Player Investigations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer trouble tickets & emails
  • Monitor and respond to live-help requests
  • Respond to incoming telephone requests from customers
  • Process e-commerce requests
  • Monitor and investigate customer issues; award chat game winners and contest wins
Required Skills and Competencies
  • Experience with Web based software tools, web browsers, email and chat messaging tools
  • Proficient with Word Processor and Spreadsheet
  • Effective written and oral communication
  • Ability to work both as an individual and in a team environment
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain personal work performance in the face of setbacks
Additional Information
  • Hours may vary as the Help desk will be run from 1am to 9pm daily
  • Part time work is a possibility
  • Part Time position
  • Generally evenings and weekends
