Key Responsibilities:Working within the creative team, the flash developer will work on many challenging new projects. Work will be heavily concentrated between creative team and flash development team. Understanding of user experience essential.
Required Skills and Competencies- Object-Oriented programming experience
- Experience with Facebook, APIs or other social APIs
- Actionscript / AS3 experience
- Extensive flash design and development
- Computer Science or related degree
- Social networking product development
- Game development
- A minimum of 3 years of Flash Developer experience in the creation of interactive experiences.
- Outgoing personality willing to speak up with ideas and recommendations
- Intermediate to Advanced Actionscripting skills (Actionscript 2.0 and 3.0)
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming techniques
- Good organization and documentation processes
- Ability to be conceptually creative with clients and with the project team
- Working on the technical development of projects
- Participating in the development portion of production
- Creating new, working on and improving existing code
- Thorough and effective debugging of projects
