Licenses
Parlay has passed the complex application process to obtain a Class 4 license in the jurisdiction of Malta. The license allows Parlay to provide its remote gaming system to Malta-based e-gaming operators. As part of the licensing process, Parlay completed a detailed business and technical ability assessment and passed a rigorous compliance audit.
Certification
Parlay's Random Number Generator (RNG) has been independently tested and certified by Technical Systems Testing (TST), based in Vancouver, British Columbia. Using mathematical and statistical analysis, TST concluded that the Parlay RNG distributes numbers with sufficient non-predictability, fair distribution and lack of bias to particular outcomes.
Parlay Entertainment's Gaming System, including bingo and various side games, has specifically been certified by TST for use in the jurisdiction of the Isle of Man. Isle of Man is one of only two jurisdictions included on the UKs white-list, allowing certain offshore gambling websites to advertise in the UK.
