Parlay Entertainment Announces its Listing on the TSX Venture Exchange
Parlay's common shares to commence trading on Friday June 17, 2005
OAKVILLE , CANADA — June 16, 2005 — Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSXV: PEI; Pink Sheets: PRYNF), the world's leading supplier of Internet bingo solutions, is pleased to announce that effective with the opening on June 17, 2005, the common shares of the Company will commence trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the stock symbol PEI. Parlay's listing is considered a new listing with a Tier 2 technology issuer classification.
"Parlay's listing on the TSX Venture Exchange is the culmination of a corporate strategy which we commenced in September of 2003 and which we strongly believe will add value for our shareholders," said Scott White, President & CEO. As at June 16, 2005, the Company has 12,475,500 common shares issued and outstanding. Under the terms of the Company's Stock Option Plan, a maximum of 2,465,100 common shares are reserved for issuance to Eligible Optionees. As at June 16, 2004, 2,267,500 options were outstanding under the Stock Option Plan. The Company's Stock Option Plan is subject to approval by the disinterested shareholders of the Company at the Company's next meeting of shareholders.
