Parlay Entertainment Announces Changes to Board Composition

OAKVILLE , Canada — March 15, 2006 — Parlay Entertainment Inc. (TSXV: PEI), the world’s leading supplier of Internet bingo solutions announced today that, effective March 14, 2006, Mr. Ted Colivas has resigned from the Board of Directors, citing a need to be able to focus more time and attention to other projects.

"Ted was a founder of Parlay and had made a considerable contribution to our company both as a founder and, most recently, as an independent member of the board," said Anthony De Werth, Chair of Parlay. "We will be continuing out efforts to add new independent directors to the board of Parlay," Mr. De Werth concluded.
